The design was created by Sherrie Tilley of Lush Meadowhall, an illustration graduate with a passion for intertwining humour and emotions through character design and storytelling. Sherrie says the design was "inspired by the not-so-great jokes our dads tell us, and how we love them anyway (even if they aren’t very funny)”.
