Its full title is Up The Wooden Hill To Bedfordshire, and it's what Lush Co-Founder Mo used to say to her children at bedtime when they were still shorter than she is (which is a very long time ago). Lavender, chamomile blue and neroli clouds fill your shower with dreamy aromas. Just take a deep breath and feel the weight of worry wash down the plug hole.

How to use: 
If you've only got time for a shower (or you've only got a shower), pop this in the bottom of the shower and turn on the warm water for an aromatic sleeping potion. Then step out of the steam carefree and dozy.
